Toner is a step that i think either people do it or they dont. Some are afraid that the toner is liking adding chemicals to the face or that its similar to an oil both is wrong. To be quite honest toner used to be a step where i didnt know why it needed to be done and so i used to skip it that is until the past couple of years that i knew what a toner is and the added benefits that it brings to the skin.
They vary in terms of what they can bring to your skin as in a exfoliating toner which improves skin texture and help with pores or a hydrating toner which helps to lock in added moisture. For me i go for the hydrating toner as i find that as i am always dehydrated in the skin this is something i tend to need on a daily basis. By using a toner it helps to balance out the skin bringing it back to a normal ph balance and also hydrating at the same time. It will attract moisture and will have a good penetration to absorb other products as layers on top.
I always find that by sweeping on a toner after cleansing gives another prep to the skin before going in with a moisturiser and if you think as it of layers. I find with toners that using the purest natural ingredients works the best for myself as it doesnt break me out but it still brings a big dose of moisture. A toner isnt a needed step in your routine if it works fine already but if you are after a dose of moisture and making sure that your oil is at bay then i think having a try would be a good start.
Do you use toners in your routine?

Review: (Rimmel Scandaleyes) - Scandaleyes Retro Glam Mascara, Scandaleyes Flex Mascara, Scandaleyes Thick and Thin Eyeliner & Scandaleyes Eyeshadow Paint |
(left eye - eyeshadow paint, scandaleyes eyeliner & scandaleyes retro glam mascara. right eye - eyeshadow paint & scandaleyes flex mascara).
As you can see from the title of this post its all about the Rimmel Scandaleyes Collection. I have four products to talk about and each one have impressed me. To me Rimmel is a brand that i have alot of love for and its another post that i have to gush about some of the products. I find that Rimmel are really pulling out great quality products at the moment and many of them are raved favourites. So when i was lucky enough to win some products i was so excited*. The latest collection to hit the streets has a 60s feel to the products.
First two products are mascaras - The Rimmel Scandaleyes Retro Glam Mascara provides your lashes looking thick and volumed. The brush itself is rather large with fibre bristles added. This type of brush really applies the product easily and better to the lashes. Even though oversized brushes can be quite tricky to coat every single lash i found that this wasnt the case with this one as it has a figure of eight type of shape which ensures that all the lashes even the tiny ones get a coating whilst building length and volume each time. A couple of coats of this and my lashes looked amazing. Im really impressed with this mascara and didnt leave me disappointed in the slightest.
The Rimmel Scandaleyes Flex Mascara is an oversize mascara that has lycra for soft and flexible lashes. With this added formula it provides the lashes to look fuller and voluminous. The formula isnt overly gloopy or stiff to work with and takes a minute to properly dry to then be able to coat the lashes a second time round. As the wand is rather big make sure to not overcoat the wand with product as it can get easily messy. What i really like about this mascara is the lengthening effect is has to my lashes and it holds the curl effortlessly. I didnt experience smudging which is a bonus. The only part that is tricky is getting enough product and not over doing it as it seems with this mascara you can get too much.
The next product that i was really excited to try and heard fab things about are the Rimmel Scandaleyes Eyeshadow Paints. The Shade i got was '01 Mercury Silver'. The eyeshadow has a liquid texture and comes with a sponge as an easy application. The formula is creamy and so blendable too but dries almost instantly making you have to work very fast for your desired look. The staying power is phenomenal and they dont budge or smudge in any way. Even though this colour is not something i would wear on a daily basis i think that this added with other colours it could work to be more subtle or even as a dramatic look. I find the colour selection for these arent as wearable for me personally but i really do like this colour for when i am feeling more daring with eye looks.
The last product is the Rimmel Scandaleyes Thick and Thin Eyeliner in 'black'. The eyeliner is a felt tip pen feel with a 3d tip so you can choose between having a thick or a thin liner and i think its ideal to be able to get right in the corners of your eye with the thiner point and then using the thicker point if wanting a more cat eye look. This is a waterproof formula and i find that it doesnt budge at all throughout the day and the black is really pigmented so it really stands out too. I really do like this as an added alternative to my other eyeliners and its great to try out different ones. Will continue to use this for awhile and especially in the day for a more suble liner on the eyes.
Have you got any of the scandaleyes products?

University Essentials |
So this week is the start of my second year at university and in a way im really excited to get some routine back into my life and my brain working even though i have loved having the summer off. This year im sure is going to be very challenging but im excited to grow in confidence and in my subject. I thought i would put a little post together for university essentials.
Organiser - An organiser is essential at university. For me my experience so far hasnt been about going out wasted every night even as tempting as it is but i really do want a good career and not waste my time or opportunities whilst being there. Within this organiser i jot down dates of all my exams and courseworks and then each week i tick off how long it is to go and when i should start revising. Sometimes i jot down things i need to remember and do by a certain date but i normally carry another jotter with me for that. I definitely think for first years it is very overwhelming having deadlines so this will make sure you on staying on track at all times.
Highlighters - How can you not resist these cute panda highlighters? im such a big kid. These are so handy to carry around with you to highlight important information and if you are like me a visual learner then colours are handy to remember certain information.
Scarf - You may be thinking why has she included a scarf as an essential? well if you are a freshers within the first couple of weeks you are bound to get the 'freshers flu' so this will be your best friend making sure you are keeping warm. Also the university i go to is extrememly cold all year round so this is a nice inbetween scarf not being too thick before bringing out the big thick ones.
Bag - An absolute necessity of course and i think a big bag will be what you need to invest in. I always carry and return library books as i live at home and also all the other things i have to carry so this is a just the right size to carry everything you need to each lecture. I also think this blue colour is a pop of colour leading up to the colder months and will be a great sturdy bag for the year too.
Iphone/ipod charger - This portable charge is a lifesaver. If you are someone who is constantly on your phone then you need this in your life. I have a similar one and it is super handy. Charging on the go ensures you are never out of battery and can be used for your ipod too if you are travelling to uni with musci on the go it makes sure you are never low on the tunes at all times.
What do you think to my university essentials? any that you would get?

Review: Rimmel Kate Moss Lasting Lipstick In Shade 20 |
In all honesty i arent a massive lipstick girl and my collection is fairly small compared to my blusher one but none the less i still have a fair few and ones that i add to make my lips that little more daring and exciting. A recent addition to my collection is the Rimmel Kate Moss Lasting Lipstick in the 'shade 20*'. This shade follows on from the success of her first lipstick collection that went done amazingly and has been added to the range to add a more fresher and fun feel. The shade is a beautiful fuschia colour and is super pigmented. Its not over the top in the slightest and you can even have it as a very bold lip or easily dab some on sparingly for a pop of colour. Its a long lasting creamy formula and has a perfect grip in the texture to the lips and lines. Even though its a matte texture a little added gloss or balm makes it look super pretty. The packaging is sophisticated in matte black and with Kates signature and is the best drugstore packaging that i have seen and own. Wbat i really love about this lipstick is the lasting power, formula and also that you dont need any added lip liner. Its one of the colours that can be for a bold look and paired with a simple eye.
I think at £5.49 you cannot fault it in anyway , a bold fresh daring colour and a lasting power is simple outstanding for drugstore. So if you are after a new colour to spice up your current makeup look then this is the one for you.
What are your fave lipsticks from the Kate Moss Collection?

Review: Nip + Fab Post Workout Fix & Circulation Fix Body Scrub |
A few weeks back i won on twitter two goodies from Nip + Fab and the fitness range. It actually came at the right time as i was getting back into working out. I really am feeling so much better in myself by exercising more and i do struggle to keep motivated and i did take a 2 week gap but now im back at it harder. The one thing that puts me off exercise if the pain and acheness after a workout, especially if you have taken some rest or a gap from it all your muscles are so tired. The Post Workout Fix - Muscle Cooling Gel is designed for after a workout when your muscles are aching and hurting. The cooling gel is packed with anti flamatory and soothing ingredients to give your body a boost after exercise. It contains menthol lactate which cools and refreshes and camphor which revives the muscles. First application the smell is abit like muscle rub so its very strong menthol. Applying the roller ball to my legs it instantly feels cool and within seconds a tingling sensation happens. Now this doesnt cure acheyness but it does make them feel relaxed and not as sore. I really like how it feels on the skin and that it helps to relax over worked muscles too.
The next products is the Circulation Fix Body Scrub - this aims to energise the skin after working out . Its a wake up fix that jump starts the body abit like drinking a coffee!! It contains methol, glycolic acid and microscrub. Its not a hardy abrassive scrub as its very smoothing and gentle. It really calms you down and makes you feel relaxed with the smell of methol and eucalyptus. I used this after working out and i felt alot more relaxed and certainly the next day i felt like my muscles were well rested and even pampered.
Both of these products are ideal if you work out alot and need a little bit of pampering after exercising. Using both of these will help your muscles to relax and help you enjoy the rest of your day.

Review: Biotherm Blue Therapy Serum In Oil |
The Biotherm Blue Therapy Serum In Oil * boasts revolutionary texture, using "micro-fragmentation"
technology. The serum in oil combines with electrolytes on the skin and
transforms from a gel into an oil. This allows the product to instantly absorb into the skin. The consistency is a gel like feel and when rubbed in it absorbs as an oil which is not greasy in the slightest. As it is an anti ageing product it aims to reduce fine lines and wrinkles whilst also providing radiance to the skin.
One of the key ingredients of this this product is Ulkenia and this is the first time it has been used in a product for skincare as it is used in production of omega 3 supplements. The oil acts as a lipo filer which helps to reinforce the skins natural protective barrier to repair damage of the skin. Also containing ceramides which helps to maintain the skin barrier function. Included aswell is vergetal oils, afa extract, laminaria, ochroleuca and life plankton. These all help to target fine lines and wrinkles.
There is a lot of evidence that Omega 3 and fish-oil supplements
(containing DHA) are beneficial for the skin, so it makes sense to me
that putting some of the ingredients directly onto your skin could
deliver some of the same benefits.Using this for a couple of week and i can definately tell that my skin is more perked up and radiant. Following the application my skin felt really soft and smooth which really impressed me. As for signs of reduced fine lines i couldnt tell but thumbs up for a radiance boost. Overally if you are looking to invest in anti aging products then this certainly would be a great one to try out as it sinks immediately into the skin and you wake up within a few days with a noticeable difference.

Review: Garnier Moisture Match Shine Be Gone Moisturiser |
So at the moment i have been inbetween moisturisers as i have been wanting to use things up before buying a more pricey moisturiser to try out. To be honest the only drugstore type of moisturiser i used to use was nivea which i thought was okayish mind you this was years ago and since then i have been trying to actually get one to suit my skin type. I recently saw the Garnier Moisture Match for combination/oily skin near the checkout in boots and picked it up on a whim.

Review: Tresemme Platinum 60 Second Treatment Shot & Dove Hair Nourishing Oil Leave In Spray |
I am not loyal to just one haircare brand when it comes to looking after my hair and im always on the lookout for products to improve my hair. I have a confession..... only in the past year or so have i started to use hair masks and oils. As before i used to just use shampoo and conditioner occasionally and that was it. Thinking back now my hair was really bad and so dry from all the overheating of using heated tools.
I have seen a drastic difference in my hair and also from using these new products too. The first is the Tresemme Platinum Strength 60 Second Shot - At £1.49 for a 15ml tube that you could two uses out of is brilliant. The texture is quite thick and creamy. I applied this treatment after shampooing my hair as i didnt apply a conditioner because i knew that this would be more of a deeper thorough treatment. After i left my hair to dry out naturally which is quite often lately my hair felt amazing. So silky soft and full of bounce and life. My recently coloured hair was gleaming and looked so glossy. This product does contain ingredients that help to restore your hair and helping to protect against future damage. It doesnt way your hair down either and is a quick fix to help restore your hair back.
Have you tried either of these products?
The Dove Hair Nourishing Oil Leave in Spray is one of the brands i have never tried before and was really intrigued to see the results. This formula works to smooth and seal the hair with ingredients such as argan oil, almond and cocunut but also to restore moisture. Its a lightweight spray with a gorgeous holiday like smell to it. I have applied it with wet and dry hair, both times my hair felt so soft and left with no frizz whatsoever. Doesnt leave my hair with a greasy residue nor does it weight my hair down. I love the way it makes my hair feel as though its packed full of more moisture and the softness it creates to my hair. Im so glad that i brought this product as i think in months to come it will really help my hair in getting stronger too.

Review: Champneys Distant Shores Mini Body Butter & Sanctuary Spa Salt Scrub Sachet |
I have been really excited to give my review on these two products as they are new things i have loved trying out and have made me eager to try alot more from both brands. As a lover and degree spa student i love nothing more then testing out spa products whether they are high end or low end anything that can recreate the spa at home and give me a thorough pamper.
Champneys Spa is one of the best established spa in the uk. I would of loved to train at this spa as i think its absolutely beautiful. The Champneys products always look so luxurious and at a reasonable price too so i could wait to try out one of the mini body butters. I decided to go for a small body butter just incase i didnt like it. First of all the Distant Shores Mini Body butter is packed full of grapefruit, lemon, orange peel
and cedarwood oils with nourishing mango and passion fruit. Its such a fruity fresh smell but not too overpowering. The texture of the body butter is beautiful it feels so bouncy to touch and is dreamy to apply. It gives a lovely hydrating feel to the skin and with the fruity smell still lingering around. Its quite a thick consistency but not compared to my other body butters so it would still be a nice one to use with the colder months coming up. Also a big plus is it doesnt leave a stick residue and dries within a few minutes. This is love at first sight and im so excited to try more from the distant shore range too as the smell is a winner.
Before i applied the dreamy body butter i wacked open a sachet i picked up on my recent trip boots - The Sanctuary Salt Scub. Ive tried the Sanctuary Body scrub which is a very light exfoliation and as i was after something abit more scrubby. It has sumptuous blends of skin polishing Dead Sea Salts wrapped in moisturising Coconut, Jojoba and Sweet Almond Oils. When applying the salts are quite abrassive on the skin but not too rough. Sweeping them in a massaging movement towards the heart it provides a thorough exoliation that is really relaxing. Once the salts are rinsed off you are left with an oil like moisture on the skin. My skin felt so so soft and maybe the softer its ever been and it really did feel like a mini spa experience. This would be perfect if you are after a really thorough exfoliation if you dont do it regular or maybe again in the winter months with drier skin.
Both of these products are heavenly to use and i will be looking at other products that provide a spa like feel at home and abit of luxury. Picking up small travel sizes have really been ideal to test out and experiment and i was not left disappointed!!

Review: Ren ClearCalm 3 Clarifying Clay Cleanser |
Another Ren product has recently come into my life and its very much needed. From my love of the smooth and renew mask i thought that i would dabble again into the Ren pond and try something else out. As i was searching for a new cleanser that battle and zap those pesky spots i knew the Ren ClearCalm Clay Cleanser would be the ideal one to try out. As you may or may not know the brand is well loved within the blogging world and clearly rightly so using only the best and finest ingredients to give you what your skin deserves.
The cleanser is designed for blemish prone skin and aims to deeply cleanse the skin, exfoliates to unclog pores and minimises the size of pores too. With its antibacterial propeties it will help prevent and treat blemishes. Its an unusual consistency as it is quite thick and creamy with a herbal scent. I have never tried using this to take off my makeup as i find that using this after my makeup is off i get to work it much better into the skin and i know that im giving my skin a good thorough cleanse. As it has clay i really find that it helps to soothe breakouts alot and makes it more manageable. For me this didnt make them disappear straight away as i used for a whole week straight and then i noticed the difference every day of them clearing up. I apply the cleanser to my face with damp hands then remove with water and a flannel. It doesnt leave a tight feeling or overly dry the skin neither which you might expect from a clay based product.
It uses french clay which is known for oil absorbing properties, zinc gluconate to reduce production of sebum. Antibacterial salicilin mildly exfoliates the skin, while Mayblosson tones enlarged pores. All of that is topped off with a bit of Manuka extract to soothe and nourish.
I really enjoy using this cleanser both in the mornings and evenings. It leaves my skin feeling soothed and alot less angry. I only use this cleanser when i do have breakouts and i love how it helps them out. If you have frequent breakouts and are after a different product to try then this certainly does the job. This would also be fab as a 'detox' sort of treatment maybe if you were to give your skin a good pamper then this will get everything crappy out of your skin!!
Have you tried the clear calm range from ren before?

NOTD: Rimmel 60 Second Nail Polish 'Ring A Ring O' Roses' |
Being a lover of swapping my nail colours every week i like to try new colours all the time. The latest addition to my nail obsession is the Rimmel 60 Second Nail Polish in the shade' ring a ring o'roses'. Its a beautiful baby pink colour and almost looks like a bubblegum pink colour in certain lights. Its a very sheer colour so for this reason i had to use two coats to make it alot thicker and the colour more visible. Its a girly colour for sure and i just love this colour so much. Even in winter il still be wearing this colour.
I dont agree with the 60 second drying time as i think a few minutes it takes to dry. I also added a topcoat to make my nails look more glossy because im not too keen of the matte colour on nails.
Overall love the colour, love the brush as its just right and i equally love the formula. A good 4/5 days without chipping for me so that suits.

Review: Rimmel Match Perfection Foundation |
With all foundations i tend to like a good coverage and anything that adds abit of a radiance to my skin is a bonus. I am very wary of imperfections on my face and like at least medium/full coverage. But as my skin has been getting better ive been opting for less makeup.
The Rimmel Match Perfection Foundation * is designed for traceless coverage that creates flawless skin with a light consistency and matches to your skintone to provide a natural finish. Its available in 11 shades and i am third in the shade line with '101 classic ivory'. This is more of a pinky undertone which i have and suits my skintone exactly which is very rare for me to find especially in a drugstore foundation. At £6.99 its an excellent reasonable price and offers medium coverage that can be built up. Its very light on the skin and hardly feels like you are wearing foundation which i really like. It glides on the skin brilliantly and for my personal preference i prefer to use my hands with this foundation to buff it into the skin well making it appear more natural.
I find with this foundation that it doesnt break me out and applies really well much like your other normal liquid foundations. Its a natural satin finish that isnt too glowy or matte. The staying power is a good 7 hours which i think is pretty amazing without needing a touch up.
Overall i really like this foundation and its come at the right time for this season. Doesnt make my skin overly dry neither. Very impressed.
Have you tried this foundation? what are your thoughts?

Face Masks: Super Facialist's Tea Flower Deep Clean Pore Purifying Clay Mask & Aesop Parsley Seed Cleansing Masque |
Okay okay i know i need to get some tabs on me to control my urge to try new face masks but seriously it had to be done. Ive heard SO much about the Una Brennan Tea Flower range and in particular the clay mask. Ive been really excited to give this a whirl as a budget brand and see how or if it helped my skin at all.
I personally think a clay mask in your skincare routine can make your skin game change. Whatever type of skin you have masks do a world of good. This mask contains salicyclic acid which is proven to unclog pores and get rid of any congestion of you skin and is rich in magnesium , calcium, potassium and iron. One of the things i really like about this mask is how quick it dries in only 5 minutes and the results are so good. After using this mask i noticed that my skin was so soft and it looked alot healthier too. Ive used this on targeted areas and also as an all round face mask. I love that it contains everything you need for you skin and it really does perk it up. Ive been applying this mask mid week and i found that it did a fab job of reducing my pores and oil. Ive noticed the more times i use it the more effective its been on controlling my skin. Aswell as containing spot fighting ingredients it also contains hydrating ingredients such as avocado oil and shea butter. I think for the price at £8.99 its well worth the money and can last a while if only using once/twice a week. I would definately recommend to do a little test of this product incase you are sensitive to anything in the mask. But overall it does the job, contains great ingredients and makes your skin amazing.
The next product which is one i was very sceptical in parting with my money over is the Aesop Parsley Seed Cleansing Masque. This is the second product from Aesop that i now own and i had high hopes for this to be as great as the camomile masque i have. This mask aims to draw out impurities and delivers a big dose of anti oxidants to perk up the skin. Now at £27.00 this is a pricey product for a face mask but in actual fact if using once a week or more you would get your moneys worth out of it in the long run. I have been using this once a week and leaving the mask on for about 15 minutes to do its job. I use this when my skin is looking vile in every possible way. Unlike other clay masks i own this is very thin texture and cooling at the same time. It doesnt feel harsh on the skin and it has a very herbal like smell. Which in fact makes it abit more relaxing and i always find myself having a quick 5 minute nap with it on. I wouldnt say that is a miracle worker on blemishes and gets rid of them instantly but it sure does reduce them in size big time. I actually really like the packaging of Aesop products just makes it alot more unique.
I really love this mask and is going to be a regular in my routine for a long time. Both of these masks are great in giving you healthier and a clean complexion over time.
What face masks do you use?

Everyday Makeup |
(Sorry for the poor quality picture and wild hair. oops)
Lately i have been opting for a very minimal makeup look which is just easy and simple with no faff. I find that putting less makeup on makes my skin better aswell so just cutting down on the amount of foundation and blusher has really helped to make my skin clearer.
To start with as a base i use the Embryolisse Lait Creme Concentre. I have been using this for a good year now and i love how it creates a smooth canvas for your makeup but also hydrating your skin at the same time. I had mine from when my parents went to paris last year but im sure that you could find it on the internet easily.
Once my base is all prepped and ready to go i then use my foundation. I have been using the Rimmel Match Perfection in the shade '101 Classic Ivory'. In the bottle it looks quite yellowish but in fact its just the right shade. This foundation is a good medium coverage and also leaves your skin with a lovely healthy little glow. Its not too heavy and is so light on the skin. I would say the coverage can be built up. I use my hands to apply this foundation as i find that it helps to give a more natural finish. If i was going out then i would use the Real Techniques Expert Face Brush to build up and buff into the skin.
After my foundation is done, i then go in dot on concealer where i have any blemishes or scars that need covering up. For this i use the imfamous Collection Lasting Perfection Concealer in the shade 'fair 01'. I love that is has full coverage and itsnt too tacky on the skin either. Once everything is covered up i then use the Collection Illuminating Touch in the lightest shade. This is a lovely under eye concealer as it really brightens the under eye area whilst giving good coverage to cover up any dark circles.
I then set everything with a powder which i have been loving using the Rimmel Stay Matte Pressed Powder in translucent. This is a lovely powder that stops any shine/oilyness throughout the day. Can create matteness to the skin without looking too cakey.
To add abit of defination to my face and cheeks i have been using the Rimmel Sunshimmer Bronzing Powder in '02'. Adding slight contours to my cheeks adds abit of warmth to my face as i am very pale. I find that this shade isnt too dark for my skin tone and could be easily built up if more tanned. The shimmer is very suttle so doesnt give you a disco ball effect. Sometimes i do leave out the contouring as i dont find it is a 'must' in my makeup routine. For the apples of the cheeks i have been using Illamasqua Sophie Powder Blush. A pretty coral blush with a slight shimmer. This has been perking up my skin and i really love the colour with my skintone too. Other times i do opt for cream blushes so i tend to mix up the blusher choices alot.
As an added optional i use a highlighter to the tops of my cheekbone. For this i have been using the Sleek Face and Contour Kit. The highlighter is a perfect shade and not too glowy.
For mascara i have been using the Maybelline the Falsies. I like this mascara as it creates volume but i do think it doesnt last well as it can get abit dry. But i do think it gives the lashes a big boost. Finally for the lips i switch this up but lately i have been using the Nivea Pearl Shine Lipbalm. Adds a subtle pinkness to the lips whilst hydrating them too!!

August Favourites |
Again i cannot believe August has been and gone, and its like only four months till christmas which is crazy. This month has been lovely with birthday celebrations and catching up with old friends. Its sad to think that summer is almost over now. This month i have been keeping things very simple. My skin has been going crazy with dryness and sensitivity which is something im not used to.
To start with the Liz Earle Instant Boost Skin Tonic has been a complete life saviour with my skin. Normally i would turn to my trusty lush tea tree water but this toner has really helped to soothe my sensitive red patches on my face and also help to inject more moisture into my skin. I think that a toner is a very skipped out step in skincare routines and even though it may seem like it doesnt instantly see results its an added step to sort out your skin. Again its packed full if gentle ingredients like aloe vera, cucumber and chamomile. If you are looking for added moisture or even if you have sensitive skin then this is a great addition for your skin.
Aswell as my face been crazily dry my hands have been horrible - its reminded me of how my hands go in the colder months where i have to keep applying hand cream twice a day. The Garnier 7 days daily hand cream has been just what i needed. Its quite a thick consistency but sinks into the skin quickly and doesnt leave that tacky feeling. Ive been using it every morning and evening which my hands are thankful for. The past couple of days they have been so much better hydrated and no horrible dryness. Its super cheap at £2.99 and well be a winner in the winter colder months too.
I recently had my hair cut and instead of having my layers cut back in i decided not to as i wanted my hair to feel alot thicker instead of being overly choppy. Having fine hair i always want lots of volume to create thickness at the roots and the crown of my hair. The Charles Worthington Salon At Home Volume Shampoo is amazing. Its enriched with collagen which boosts the hair to be more bouncy and fuller. It smells divine and makes your hair appear to have way more volume. Once ive washed my hair i then blowdry my hair upside down to give extra volume. The shampoo also gives shine and gloss to the hair too. At £5.99 its a good price for giving your hair some much needed volume.
For my lips i have been using two products religiously this month. The first being one of the Maybelline Baby Lips which is the clear mint lipbalm. I can totally see the hype surrounding these lipbalms and ive been using this since my american haul earlier this year. The lipbalm is moisturising and hydrating on the lips that leaves them plump and soft. It also contains a spf 20 which is impressive for the hotter days. (hate having burnt lips) and the other product which also does the same job is the Nivea Pearly Shine Lip Balm - this leaves a sheer pink tint to the lips again leaving the lips so hydrated. I have been using this everyday as just an added bit of colour to my everyday makeup too.
