Review: Aesop Chamomile Concentrate Anti Blemish Masque |

I have been intrigued with Aesop products for a few months now and i have a couple of them on my wishlist. I really like products that contain natural ingredients too as i find that my skin generally really thrives from them. Stress, diet and hormones can really play up your skin resulting in pesky blemishes. At the moment as i am trying out new products i do tend to slightly break out if a product doesnt agree with me and it does get me down so i thought i would try the Aesop Chamomile Concentrate Anti-Blemish Masque. Its a clay based masque packed with anti-bacterial Tea Tree Leaf, Rosemary, Sage, Lemon Peel, soothing Chamomile Bud and Evening Primrose extracts. These ingredients help to reduces inflammation & draws out impurities. 

 The texture of the masque is lovely and not overly thick. It actually surprised me after putting it in my drawers how it actually stays cold and it feels really cooling on the skin too. I love the scent even though Chamomile does remind me when i had chickenpox when i was younger and i had to have this everywhere to stop me from itching!! anyway..... I found this masque to be exactly what i need in my life. It sorts out those pesky under the skin spots amazingly well. Even thought the masque doesnt cure blemishes it sure as hell does a good job of making them go away and heal alot quicker. It doesnt strip the skin or leave it feeling tight which i really love about this product. Ive applied it as an all over masque and also a directed spot treatment. A couple of the days where im at home and having a pj day then il just dot this on any blemishes then leave for a few hours.

Even thought the price tag is pretty out there its one of those products that is an investment piece in my eyes. I think it will last a good while and i have been using it constantly and have only scrapped abit of the top. If you are after a spot treatment that really calms them down and reduces them in size then this is something you should try.

Face Mask: REN F10 Smooth And Renew Mask |

After really loving the Ren AHA Concentrate i decide to try one of the masks that they have and instead of going for the popular 'Glycolatic' one i thought i would try the F10 Smooth And Renew Mask. The mask is designed to gently exfoliate the skin which promotes skin renewal making your complexion more even toned, smooth and radiant. You apply a generous amount to clean skin, leave for 10 minutes and then rinse off mask with a flannel.  

Now at first use the texture of the gel is very weird since ive always been used to clay based ones and ive never experiences much else. This mask is a gel texture which is abit like scooping marmalade on your face. I love that it has a pump applicator which makes it easier to get out just enough product too. The scent is fresh and fruity which i really like. 

Ive been using this once or twice a week for an exfoliating treatment as its really gentle and doesnt irritate the skin at all. By using this product weekly it enhances the skins renewal process leaving smooth skin. Using this for a good few weeks i even had my sister comment on how smooth my complexion looked and it takes alot for her to compliment me!! 

Overall i think this mask is a great one to have as it works great on all skin types and even sensitive skins too. I love the results its given and i actually really like the texture of the mask on my skin its somewhat relaxing. This is a mask i also use on a sunday - i use this mask first and then a good clay mask after to give my skin a thorough pamper. I also think from using this mask my skin  has become alot clearer aswell. It has made such a difference and i highly suggest you give this a try!!

Review: SuperFaciaist By Una Brennan Rose Hydrate Moisture Mask|

Superfacialist by Una Brennan is a  brand that is completely new to me and after reading many reviews about the brand i knew i had to try a product out. Una Brennan has a wealth of knowledge with skincare and she is Londons best kept secret. From the success of her business growing and inspiration she tailored her own skincare brand 'Superfacialist'. Its super affordable and combines formulations with some amazing fragrances. The range has been developed and tailored to suit individual needs and is a simple skincare that works for everyone. It has three skincare product lines - Rose products, Tea Tree products and Neroli products. 

The Rose Hydrate Intense Mask can be found at Boots for £8.99. It helps to boost skins moisture levels and radiance with an intense moisture that is even suitable for the most sensitive skins. It lends white willow extract which enhances skin cell turnover, vitamin E and urea with soothing marshmallow extract to hydrate and replenish the skin. Using this once or twice a week and leaving for 5 minutes then wash off i find that my skin is at its best and looks more healthy. I love that this mask is a quick moisture boost that is easily taken off and really gives my skin all the benefits it needs. The rose scent is lovely and so calming towards my skin. Ive noticed that without using this product my skin is dull and dehydrated.
I think its a lovely product to have in your skincare routine even just once a week it has my skin so much better and equally soft too!! Really want to try out more from the range.

Review: Origins Clear Improvement Mask

I love a good face mask lately im sort of addicted to them too!! Having really enjoyed the Origins Drink Up Mask so much i just had to try another mask from the brand. I had read a lot of reviews on the Origins Clear Improvement Mask so i thought id give it a whirl. 

The texture is gel like to and then turns into hardened clay onto the skin when left applied. Its ideal for congested and blemished skin to get out all the dirt and debris from your skin. It has active charcoal which acts like a magnet draining out the pore cloggers. I had never used a pore minimiser mask before so it was a complete new experience for me.

Its a lovely mask if you are after a good through deep cleanse and ive been using it twice a week and my skin looks and feels amazing. I noticed that my pores became alot smaller. The price tag is £20 which i think is a reasonable price for what it actually achieves with your skin.  It reduces redness, blackheads and blemishes. If you have problematic skin then this mask will do wonders for you.

I am a total Origins convert now!! and i really want to try out more from the range. It could easily be a holy grail item to me as it does what it says and i think that is quite rare to find in such a product. If you have clogged pores then i would definately recommend giving this a whirl and i promise you will not regret it!!

Our hair is one of the most valued parts. We can spend so much time, effort and money to make sure our hair is just how we like it. Your hair is like your personality you decide how you like it whether its dying it purple or going for a nice chopped bob. I would say that when i have my hair done i feel a million times better especially when you get to that hair stage when its just not doing what you want it to do. Since having my hair coloured 3 years ago ive seen how much your hair takes a battering. Having it coloured means your hair is not as strong as with all the chemical that is going on to it. So looking after and nurturing your hair will make it 10x more happier. 

I came across these two different treatments and both under £5. Bargain :)

First thing is the Loreal Elvive Triple Resist Arginine Masque Pot 300ml - Boots £3.70. This little pot is enriched with arginine and leaves your hair healthy and shiny from root to tip. It leaves your hair detangled and gives your hair the nourishment it needs. If youve ever tried loreal shampoo or conditioner then it smells just like them. Cant really describe the smell its just really unique. I applied this after i had shampooed my hair in the shower and left this on for about 3 minuted then rinsed it out. I cant tell you how good my hair felt after it just felt so much better and really shiny. 

The nest thing i got was the Herbal Essences Beautiful Ends Protection Cream - Superdrug £1.85. The smell from this is so fruity it smells gorgeous :) i applied this on damp hair and left it in as i was drying my hair naturally. When i woke up my hair felt so bouncy and really fresh looking. This cream really gives moisture back into your hair and helps to restore its strength. Really glad ive purchased it and my hair is alot stronger with using it. In a way i would say its like a hair oil and just another way of protecting your hair.
